TACOMA & FIFE DISPENSARY REVIEWS
See what others have to say about Commencement Bay Cannabis!
Vanessa is a sweetheart, attentive, patient, helpful and great vibes from everyone.
They're very helpful with customers with physical disabilities like myself. Never had to stand in line, they'll get me at register #1 or 2 so that I don't have to walk too far and pretty much knows what I'm interested in and service is great as well.
Top Shelf!
Was very pleasant to talk to. I didn't feel rushed. She answered all my questions and found the best product for me in my price range
This is not my typical weed store as I was out visiting a friend. The prices are okay they could be a lot better but I think I'm just spoiled with zips in SODO ..
And you know how it goes every time you step out and cheat on your regular suppliers it doesn't really go in your favor.
However the prices weren't my favorite but the customer service was all that and some more
I recently bought a vape and cartridge at the store, the cartridge leaked on and ruined the battery. I brought them back for a return and the manager said to try cleaning the battery, which doesn't turn on, with isopropyl alcohol and wouldn't refund the cartridge because it was half full (which of course it would be when it's leaking) and I didn't have the original packaging. they then called me back to replace my broken battery with a new one, so I drove 30 minutes back to the store to find the 'replacement' wasn't the same kind of vape, but the cheapest option they had at the store. I spent ~ $100 on the setup and they gave me a cheaper $15 replacement, no refund on the cartridge, and said I'd need to pay for a new cartridge at full price. the staff here are great, but the management/ customer service is awful.
Didnt offer to check cameras and get back to us, didnt offer to check with their team, didnt offer any reassurance like checking the rest of their stock for missing items (since the package box doesn't come with a seal for some reason). Just a very defensive reaction from the manager working today, from start to finish.
Review is solely for missing product and interaction with the manager. The store staff and security have always been cool & friendly.
